Goal: publish a bookings page in under an hour, then add confirmations, reminders, and no-show recovery.
Part A — Set up Calendly (15–20 min)
- Create/choose an Event Type (30-min Discovery Call). Enable “Minimum notice” (e.g., 6 hrs).
- Notifications → turn ON email confirmations and 1–2 reminders (e.g., 24h & 2h).
- Redirect after scheduling (optional) → a Thank-You page on your site.
- Copy the **Embed** code for “Inline” to place on your Contact or Book page.
Part B — Build the bookings page in WordPress (10–15 min)
- Create page “Book a Call”. Hero: promise + bullet benefits + trust bar.
- Add a Custom HTML block and paste your Calendly embed.
- Add a short FAQ: “What we’ll cover”, “Who this is for”, “Cancel/reschedule”.
Part C — Connect Brevo for reminders + no-show path (20–25 min)
- Install/activate the Brevo plugin → connect API key → verify sender.
- Create a **List** “Bookings”.
- Automation: When a new contact is added with tag **booked-call** → send confirmation email (Brevo) + schedule a reminder at **T-24h** and **T-2h**.
- No-show path: If link “Mark attended” in confirmation isn’t clicked by +4h after event, send **reschedule email** with your Calendly link.
